What is an Active Creator Licence?＋
An Active Creator Licence lets your agency actively manage and connect a creator inside Helm — unlocking connected platform integrations, Creator Hub™ access, HelmOne workflows, CreatorDNA™ and Intelligence for that creator.
Do creator prospects consume licences?＋
No. Prospecting, recruitment, research and pipeline management sit in HelmControl™ with unlimited creator records. A licence is only consumed when a creator is actively managed.
How does the Scale plan work?＋
Scale includes everything Helm has to offer, with 10 Active Creator Licences and 10 Creator Hub™ Pro licences bundled. Additional licences are billed per creator per month; onboarding is bespoke.
Can I add more Creator Hub™ licences?＋
